A New Way...
A cluttered room is often a cluttered nervous system.
I spent forty years walking into people's homes and learning that. A home that doesn't work is usually a life that's been rearranged around everyone else's needs for so long, at least one person (usually the woman) living in it forgot what they actually wanted.
I could fix the room. I’m really good at that. But somewhere along the way I kept running into the same wall. The room would be beautiful, and the woman standing in it was still exhausted. Still over giving. Still performing "fine" for everyone who asked, both in business and her life. I could change everything around her and she'd still be disappearing inside her own life.
That gap is where this work was born.
The tapping. The energy work. The coaching. It's not a different career, it's the same instinct I've always had, just aimed at the inside instead of the outside. I still notice what's misaligned. I still know how to clear what's blocking the flow. I'm still helping something become congruent with what it's actually meant to hold. It's just a woman now, instead of a room.
And here's the truest part: I know exactly what it feels like to be the capable one. The one who hosts the dinners, keeps everything running, shows up steady for everyone else, and quietly runs herself into the ground doing it. I'm not coaching you from a framework I read somewhere. I'm coaching you from the inside of the exact exhaustion you might be living in right now, because I've paid the price of over giving, and I found my way back.
Now I'm building the door for other women to walk through it too.
If that sounds like you, TapinTuesday is a good, low-pressure place to start.
